Customers whose service has not yet been restored are urged to call Columbia Gas at 1-888-460-4332 for a service technician to be dispatched to their home to restore service.
Relights continue to be underway for for Columbia Gas of Maryland customers affected by third-party damage to a Columbia Gas Transmission line.
Customers still without service are urged to leave their porch lights on as crews continue to work to restore all affected customers.

Relights have been underway for Columbia Gas of Maryland customers affected by third-party damage to a Columbia Gas Transmission line.
Customers still without service are urged to leave their porch lights on as crews continue to work to restore all affected customers.
For customers not home during the service restoration process, a door hanger will be left at their home informing them of the outage and requesting they call Columbia Gas at 1-888-460-4332 for a service technician to be dispatched to their home to restore service.

Columbia Gas Transmission has completed repairs to their transmission line earlier this morning and gas service has been restored.
Relights are underway for Columbia Gas of Maryland customers.
The company is asking impacted customers to have their homes prepared for crews to arrive. Homes where service has not been restored are asked to keep their porch lights on. For customers not home during the service restoration process, a door hanger will be left at their home informing them of the outage and requesting they call Columbia Gas at 1-888-460-4332 for a service technician to be dispatched to their home to restore service.

Earlier today, a Columbia Gas Transmission line in Westernport, Maryland was damaged by third-party excavation.
Columbia Gas Transmission personnel have made the location safe and Columbia Gas Transmission is in process of repairing the transmission line. As a result of the damage, approximately 1,000 Columbia Gas of Maryland customers will have their natural gas service interrupted while repairs are being made.
Our customers are our number one priority. While we cannot guarantee a timeline for service restoration, we anticipate beginning to restore service to customers late this evening.
