Three-Month Basic Extended Plan

The Three-Month Basic Extended Plan allows you to pay your past due balance over three months. Each month you will pay a portion of your past due balance, plus your current charges due each month. To get started on the program, you’ll need to make an initial down payment.

Six-Month Basic Extended Plan

The Six-Month Basic Extended Plan allows you to pay your past due balance over six months. Each month you will pay a portion of your past due balance, plus your current charges due each month. To get started on the program, you’ll need to make an initial down payment.

Utility Service Protection Plan Icon

Utility Service Protection Plan

Access to Utility Service Protection Program (USPP) for the 2023-2024 program year has ended as of April 17, 2024.

This program provides an equal monthly payment for 12 months for customers eligible for the Maryland Energy Assistance Program (MEAP). To participate in USPP, eligible households will request USPP participation when applying for MEAP.
